1 large tomato
2 - 3 fresh eggs
garam masala or kitchen king
1 teaspoon of butter
salt, to taste
Crack 2 eggs, beat them until you get tired like hell.
Put butter in saucepan, let it "crack", put in cumin and ginger paste.
When its smell is all over the place, add the beaten eggs, spread like omelete for 2 mins.
Then start scrambling them like hell.
Add all the powders mentioned.
Take a plate, cut tomatoes in half, take out the insides and throw them away. Put the scrambled eggs into the tomatoes.
Add tomato/chilli sauce on top with either cream or yoghurt.
Add some lettuce and Voila!!! it's ready to eat!
