Cheddar Bacon Deviled Eggs

12 eggs
.5 c. mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 T. cheddar cheese
1 T. mustard


Place eggs in a pot of cold water
Cover the eggs with water
Bring the water to a boil
From the point of boiling, boil for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, remove eggs from heat
Run cool water into the pan, let spill over, until the temperature of the water is cool
Peel and cut eggs in-half lengthwise
Place yolks into a mixing bowl
Cook bacon until crispy
Crumble bacon into small pieces and set aside
Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese.
Stir in mustard
Fill hollowed out egg whites with yolk mixture
Chill before serving
