Spinach Deviled Eggs

The best deviled eggs I've ever had honestly!

Serves: 12


12 eggs
.25 c. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
2 T. butter or margarine softened
1 T. sugar
.5 tsp. pepper
.25 tsp. salt
.5 c. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled


Place eggs in a pot of cold water
Cover the eggs with water
Bring the water to a boil
From the point of boiling, boil for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, remove eggs from heat
Run cool water into the pan until the temperature of the water is cool
Cool, peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise
Place yolks into a mixing bowl and mash
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, butter, sugar, pepper and salt
Add spinach, and mix well
Stir in bacon
Spoon into hollowed out egg whites and serve
