1 store bought graham crust
1 8oz pack cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup whipping cream, cold
1 package lemon jello
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Whip all ingredients except crust and pie filling on high speed with an electric mixer until firm peaks form.
Spread into crust and refrigerate until firm.
Top with pie filling before serving.
You can combine any flavours of pie filling and jello to make your own combinations. The jello is what firms up this cake rather than eggs.
