Ingredients

3 1/2 Cups. Flour
3 Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/4 Cups. Warm water
Parsley (Optional)
Garlic powder (Optional)

Method

Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Make 3-4 inch patties
Pan Fry in Oil (of your chioce) untill golden brown on both sides..
