Pork Schnitzel

1/4 cup. All-Purpose Flour
2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder (Optional)
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup. Milk

1 Cup. Cornflakes or Dry Bread crumbs

1 1/2 Pounds of Boneless Pork (Pork Chops) in 1/4 inch slices

Cooking Oil (of your choice)

Chopped fresh Parsley, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for garnish


Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.

Beat egg and milk with fork in shallow dish.

Place Cornflakes in a separate bowl, Big enough for the pork.

Pound Pork slices with rolling pin or flat mallet until about 1/8 inch thick.
Press each slice of pork into flour mixture.
Dip into egg mixture.
Press each slice into cornflake crumbs until coated.

Heat 1 Tbsp. cooking oil in a large frying pan.
cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side until cooked and golden brown.

Garnish with parsley and lemon.
