2 pieces of boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
1 can of chickpeas/garbonzo beans (drained)
1 can of black beans (partially drained)
1) heat oil in skillet/pan over medium-high heat.
2) add chickpeas. wait till slightly brown
3) add chicken. wait till slightly brown (season w/spices)
4) add black beans.
5) keep stirring till mixture is hot and the chicken is coated with the black beans.
