One and a half tablespoons of olive oil
Five eggs (beaten).
A handful of chopped swiss chard
A handful of finely chopped red onions
A third of a cup of sliced sharp cheddar cheese
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Sea Salt
A pinch of fresh rosemary
A pinch of fresh oregano
Heat oil, add eggs, swiss chard, red onions, herbs and salt and pepper. Next, add sliced cheese and mix everything around on the pan so that it cooks evenly ( hence the name Scrambled Veg-omelette).
