Just a lovely nice snack for those who enjoy middle-eastern cuisine

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minuties

Serves: 4 to 6

1 16oz can of garbanzo beans
3 - 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp of tahini
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Drain and rinse garbanzo beans, reserving some liquid.

Peel and dice garlic cloves.

Sqeeze fresh lemon juice.

Add all ingredients into a food proccessor and blend until a smooth consistancy. Adding more olive oil if needed.
