Pork Back Ribs

2 racks pork back ribs, tin foil non stick preferred, brown sugar maggi sauce or soy, vinegar honey, garlic crushed,


place ribs on tin foil on tray, wrap ribs thoroughly with the foil, place in oven at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, meanwhile prepare sauce, 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup honey or corn syrup, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp. maggi or soy sauce. 2 tsps. crushed garlic or to taste, stir. after 2 1/2 hrs. open foil and let ribs brown when brown spread sauce over them and let remain in oven for another 15 minutes.Enjoy! The meat will fall off the bones!!
