coconut oil (can use other oils but for best taste definitely try the coconut oil)
Preheat oven to 400F. Place halibut in a glass pan. Dot surface of halibut with coconut oil (it will melt in oven). Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and parsley over halibut. Cook until fish is flaky and no longer translucent.
