6 chicken cutlets
breadcrumbs (for this dish I like Kraft Oven Fry breadcrumbs because it makes it very crunchy)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Pat dry chicken cutlet and spread marmalade on both sides. Place chicken in breadcrumbs until well coated. Bake on greased baking sheet for 20 minutes. Top with thin orange slices and serve.
