8 oz light cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1/2 cup fat free mayonaise
1/4 cup onions
1 can tuna canned in water
1) Whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in the onion and mayonaise.
2) You can season this with hot pepper sauce, worcestershire sauce, or horseradish to your taste.
3) Add the tuna.
