Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
8 oz round steak (lean trimmed)
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 cup onion
2 cups fat free beef broth
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1) Cut steak into long strips on the diagonal.
2) Heat the olive oil in a skillet before adding the beef, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until the onions are clear.
3) Add the broth and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. (The meat wil be tender and most of the broth will be gone.)
