10 tbsp. marj., 1 lb. semi-sweet choc., 1 tbsp. instant coffee.,5 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar.
melt marj., with choc. and coffee and cool to room temp. , add 5 egg yolks 1 at a time., beat egg whites with 1 tbsp. sugar until stiff but not dry. add 1/4 egg white mixture into cooled choc. mixture, then add rest egg whites. put in 8 in. pan greased with marj. and lined with parchment. place in larger pan and fill half way with water and bake. remove from oven and let cool on rack. let sit overnight in fridge. run knife around and turn out on dish. sprinkle with icing sugar or cocoa.
