1 cup molassas
1 cup water
6 tablespoons teriaki sauce
1 clove garlic
chicken breasts


Mix water, molassas, teriaki, and garlic in frying pan.
Add chicken, flip to cover.
Cook 10 min covered over high heat.
Uncover and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
