Pork Chops with Rice and Spice

4 thick pork chops
1/4 cup green pepper
28 oz can of tomoatoes
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tsp sugar


Melt oil in pan and add pork chops and brown well. Remove chops and put them into a cassarole dish. Put chops on sides of dish leaving a space inthe center. Pour rice into the centre. Plce rest of ingredients into pan. Sitr and pur over rice and chops. bake at 350 F for an hour.
