Tony Chachere's Original Cajon Seasoning
1 stick of butter or marjorine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worchestershire sauce
Sprinkle chops with Tony Chachere's and sear them on hot grill to set the spices. On side burner, heat butter, lemon juice, and Worchestershire sauce until butter is melted. Baste or dip chops occasionally while grilling.
