Reese's peanut butter chips chocolate chip cookies

Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time: 8-9 minuets per dozen

Serves: 4 + dozen


1 1/4 cups (2 & half sticks sticks) butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 Hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (include only if you use unsalted butter or margarine)
1 package of Reese's Peanut butter chips


Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar in large bowel until creamy. If butter is not already soften before you are ready to bake put buter in microwave at 5 second intervals until it is the right consistency. Add eggs and vanilla to bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Stir together in different bowel flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt (if butter is unsalted); gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake 8 to 9 minuets. Remove from oven when done and allow for cookies to cool slightly before moving them to a wire rack to complete the cooling process. Repeat baking process until batter is gone.
