Ingredients

1 kilo peeled ripe tomatoes
1 small fresh baguette, torn into pieces
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1 garlic clove
salt to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients in blender until pureed. If necessary, add a small amount of water. Chill 3-4 hours before serving. To serve, garnish with chopped boiled egg.
