I can of lentils or I cup of uncooked lentils
Half onion, half green and red pepper
handful of mushrooms,
Taco shells (I think its 8 or 10 in a box)
teaspoon of mexican chili powder
teaspoon of garlic salt
pepper to taste
topping: cheese, lettuce salsa sour cream (whichever you prefer)
Start boiling lentils. preheat oven to 350 to brown the tacos, while you chop onion, peppers, mushrooms and whatever veggies you are using for toppings.
Saute peppers, onion and mushroom add lentils when they are tender, season with garlic powder, chili powder and pepper, slightly brown taco shells (5 minutes)
add fillings and topping and enjoy!
