Ingredients

4-5 medium peeled ripe tomatoes
1/2 italian green pepper
1 small cucumber
1/4 medium onion
1 garlic clove
1 small fresh baguette
1/4 cup olive oil
splash of vinegar
2 large glasses of water

Method

Chop all ingredients, put in blender and puree. Pur through sieve. Chill in fridge 3-4 hours before serving.
