Dietary guidance: v
2 9-inch Flour Tortillas
2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
1/3 cup Mild Salsa
1/4 Tbsp Butter
1. Melt 1/4 Tbsp Butter in Non-Stick Frying Pan.
2. Place one tortilla in frying pan. Add layer of cheese on top and then deliberately spread thin layer of salsa. Add another layer of cheese. Place second tortilla on top.
3. After about 2-3 minutes, flip the quesadilla.
4. Cook other side of quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Cut quesadilla into 8 equal slices.
