Asian Side dish of vegtables

Ingredients

Asian Wok side Dish

Serve with Rice and steamed fish or chicken

Snap Peas 2 punnets
One punnet Asparagus (small ones or big ones that have been chopped up)
1 punnet baby mushrooms halved
2 cloves of Garlic
2 teaspoons of minced Ginger
Chili flakes or fresh chili-to your taste
20 ml Oil
50ml Mirren
Salt to taste
5ml Sesame oil

Method

Heat a the oil in wok and add garlic, chili, ginger and a the sesame oil
Add snap peas and mushrooms toss around for a minute, sauté for 5 minutes not stirring too much tossing is better to prevent the vegetables mushing
Then when the vegetables start caramelizing add the mirren and let the alcohol steam off
Add salt and serve
