Chocolate Fondant’s

125gr butter
125 gr dark chocolate
60gr castor sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons flour


Preheat oven to 180C, grease (pref with butter) ramekins or small moulds

Melt butter and chocolate; add sugar and eggs and yolks

Fold in flour, mix till smooth

Pour into ramekins and bake for no more than 5 minutes!

Centre is supposed to ooze out when cut
