Fake "Soy" Sauce

I'm allergic to soy, so I made a fake "soy sauce" that pretty closely mimics the flavor and saltiness of the real thing. I love Asian cooking, so I was happy when I accidentally created this stuff. Yay!

Ingredients

1/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp salt (I prefer sea salt) or more/less to taste
1 cup water

Method

stir all ingredients together in a sauce pan, and saute until they are all blended together and bubbling slightly. Let cool and put in a squeeze bottle. It should keep in your fridge for a couple of weeks.
