Egg Rolls

Yummy egg rolls that will taste just as good as the ones you get from a restaurant, most everyone thinks they taste better

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Difficulty: Medium - some experience needed
Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

2 pakages of egg roll wrappers
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 head of cabbage (shredded)
1/2 onion (shredded)
1 carrot (shredded)
1/2 c. bean sprouts cut into little peaces
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp seseme oil

Method

Brown pork in skillet, make sure that there isnt much pink left in the meat since it really doesnt have much of a chance to cook any further.

Grab your wok or deep skillet and and turn it on high. Add enough vegetable oil to sumbmerge your egg rolls ( about 1.5-2'')

Add meat, all the vegies, seseme oil, and soy souce and turn over many times to make sure the meat and vegies are well coated.

Take about 2 Tbsp of the ingredients and wrap them with the egg roll wrappers, make sure to seal them with water so they don't fall apart during frying.

Set in wok and turn continuously until browned evenly. It doesn't really matter how brown they get since all the stuff is cooked already, just a personal prefrence.
