1 lb lean ground beef
1 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped green pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
In skillet cook beef, onions and green pepper until the meat is brown and the vegies are tender.
In saucepan combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf (it will make you sick if you eat it)
