1 salmon filet
1 small carrot, chopped finely
3/4 pint water
2 small garlic cloves
crushed black pepper
2 pinches ground ginger (or a little chopped fresh ginger)
pinch cayenne pepper
handful fine-chopped green cabbage
1/2 handful chopped mange tout
1/2 handful chopped baby corn
1-3 brocoli florets, chopped
Sprinkle salmon with black pepper, place on baking tray and put in the oven at medium heat. Cook through (about 10 minutes)
Put water on to boil, add ginger, cayenne and garlic.
Prepare veg and add to boiling water, cook until soft
Add miso paste to water, stir thoroughly.
Flake salmon into soup, stir, boil for about a minute.
