Ingredients

1 earl grey tea bag
1 english breakfast tea bag
6 tbsp white sugar
2-3 tbsp lemon juice (or the juice of two lemons)
2 litres water

Method

Boil the kettle.

In a mug, make earl grey tea. Make about 3 cups of english breakfast in a teapot - leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Add as much of the sugar as you can dissolve to the two teas.

Take a 2 litre bottle (like an empty plastic coke bottle) and mix the two teas, lemon juice and remaining sugar into it. A funnel will help. Fill the rest of the bottle with water, and chill in the fridge.

Variations:
- mint tea instead of english breakfast (or earl grey) - serve with mint leaves. And no lemon.
- yogi ayurvedic women's tea instead of earl grey. Hold the lemon, and use honey instead of sugar.
