Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub

Hot and spicy dry rub for BBQ

2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp dried or fresh thyme
3 tsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp grated nutmeg
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 ground dried habanero pepper


Combine all spices. Rub over meats then grill or BBQ.
