1/4 cup chili sauce, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (honey),
pinch of garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, A1 steak sauce, (hot suace if you want also)
1/2 green pepper
2 cloves of gloves
1/2 an onion
steak (marinated while defrosting or 4-5 hours. longer is better though)
1) cut garlic into slices
2) cut green pepper into thin strips (thinner the better)
3) chop onion
4) chop the steak into slices ( 1/2" x 2")
5) heat up iron skillet (the large iron skillet is important, you need the higher temp and surface of iron. the steak needs to be quickly seared.)
6) first place in steak then when it is starting to brown add garlic. wait a min then add the rest with minute intervals in between.
serve in sub roll.
