1/2 cup Steak Sauce (tastes good with Bulls Eye Old West Hickory)
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 boneless beef top round steak (1-1/2lb.) 3/4 inch thick
2 tsp Oil
2 large green peppers cut into strips
8 flour wraps
First Grill steak 18 min. for medium doneness (160F) cut steak aross the grain into thin strips
Next heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min or until crisp-tender. then add onions and then stir in the steak sauce and add the steak let cook for a few mintues until steak is well done.
Spoon steak mixture evenly over wraps, using about 1 cup of steak mixture for each wrap; roll up.
