1 package pizza dough (bought at your pizzeria or bakery)
1/2 small container cream cheese (light is okay)
1 Tbs Chinese five spice powder
1 Tbs grated fresh ginger
2 tsp minced garlic (a few shakes of garlic powder works in a pinch)
4 green onions, chopped
2-3 big handfuls cooked chicken, shredded (grocery store rotisserie works perfectly)
1/3 cup plum sauce
2 cups shredded Havarti or Monterey jack
fresh ground pepper
On an oiled pizza stone or pan, shape dough to make one pizza. Spread dough with cream cheese.
Sprinkle cream cheese with five spice, ginger and garlic.
Spread plum sauce over pizza.
Add chicken and green onions.
Top with cheese and bake 20 minutes in a 400F oven.
