Mexican Meatloaf

3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) picante sauce, warmed


In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.Pat into a greased 8-in.x4-in.x2-in. loaf pan.Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear; drain.Top with warm picante sauce.
