Pepper Steak

quick easy meal that tastes great

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 hr

Serves: 4

1 large round steak
1 can of onion soup
1 can of ketchup(sounds disgusting but good)
1 large green pepper
olive oil

dip your steak in flour and seasoning of your choice and with the edge of a glass or mug or use a meat mallet pound the meat to tenderize should be approx quarter to half inch thick when finished
Next cut the steak into strips half inch by three inches
brown the strips(seer) in a large frying pan with olive oil (approx tbl sppons)for a few minutes(approx 10) until brown but not cooked through
In the same large frying add the can of oinion soup and the can of ketchup
Wash the green pepper, and hull and cut into strips half inch wide by two inches and place with meat
Cook on low simmer for one hour
I prefer to place the browned meat soup ketchup and peppers into a crock pot(slow cooker) and simmer all afternoon as the meat becomes more tender
