Dietary guidance: v
1 C Softened Butter
1/2 C White Sugar
1 1/2 C Packed Light Brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 C
Pinch of Salt (3/4 tsp)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
LOTS OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS or 1 1/2 Bags SemiSweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat over to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, CREAM together Butter, Sugars, Eggs & Vanilla
In a separate bowl, MIX the Flour, Salt, Baking Powder & Baking Soda
COMBINE the wet and dry ingredients
STIR in all those CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!!
Using your FINGERS, place golf ball sized dough portions about 2 inches apart on that ungreased baking sheet
K, this Part is MOST important because if you don't listen your cookies will taste icky!! So make sure you DO IT!
BAKE for 10 MINUTES ONLY!! or until JUST the edges are light brown...
Don't worry they'll continue to cook a bit so don't FREAK that they're RAW because they're NOT.
