1 cup Minute Rice
1 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup Vegtable oil
2 tablespoons Margarine
2 pks Mr noodle: Crush in package, save
flavor packs for use later.. ( use
what ever flavor you like best.... I
like the veg. ones myself.)
Combine margarine, oil, noodles, and rice in medium sauce pan. Brown rice and noodles on medium to high heat, constently stirring so as not to burn it. remove from heat and add both flavor packs, and water (carefully). place back on heat and stir till boiling. Turn off heat and cover with lid (but leave on burner). Let stand for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
Makes: 4 one cup servings
Goes great with chicken or porkchops, String green beans, or broccili add nice color to this dish.
If you desire more servings, you may double recipy but don't double the oil and margarine (add 1 tablespoon margarine more only).
You may add chopped onions or mushrooms to the frying process.
Also chicken, crab, shrimp or anything you like maybe add after to decorate dish more.
