Chocolate self saucing pudding

1 cup self raising flour
2 tsp cocoa
1 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup brown or raw sugar
1 dessertsp. cocoa
2 cups boiling water


Sift self raising flour and 2 tsp cocoa. Add caster sugar, egg, milk and mix well. Put mixture into a pie or casserole dish. Combine brown or raw sugar with 1 dessertsp. cocoa and sprinkle over mixture. Pour bouiling water over the top of the whole thing and bake for 45 minutes in a 375 degree centigrade oven.
