Ten minute chinese chicken noodles

Spicy chicken noodles.

Cooking time: 10 mins

Serves: 3


1 tsp sesame oil
125g skinned and sliced chicken breast fillet
1/2 cup finely sliced green onions
100g halved snow peas
1 finely chopped red chili (or chili substitute)
75g chopped lean ham
2 tbsp soy sauce
250g cooked egg noodles
2 tbsp chopped coriander


Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook chicken over high heat for 2-3 mins or until tender. Add onions, snow peas and chilli. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Stir through ham and soy sauce, then add noodles and coriander. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
