A wonderful little addition to a good Italian dish

Preparation time:


2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leafed parsley leaves (wash and dry before chopping)
1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 large clove)
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Stir together in a small bowl and enjoy!
