2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 big tin tuna
1 can asparagus
1 can sweetcorn
1/4 cup peas
Make a white sauce by melting butter, then adding flour, stirring until no lumps are left and adding milk. Add tuna, asparagus, sweetcorn and peas. Serve with rice and salted potato chips (ie. Smith's).
