As the french -burnt cream! How delish!

Ingredients

Cream Brule

12 egg yolks
1 liter of Cream
30ml vanilla essence or a vanilla pod
120 gr castor sugar

Method

Cream Brule

12 egg yolks
1 liter of Cream
30ml vanilla essence or a vanilla pod
120 gr castor sugar

Mix all ingredients and heat in a saucepan, cook until the eggs just start setting
TAKE OFF THE HEAT and pour into blender and pour into moulds
Chill in freezer for 1 hour then in the fridge for 3 hours

Pour into 125ml moulds-fruit can be placed in the bottom of the moulds like strawberries, or an assortment of fruits diced up
NB- ensure your mould are oven proof!

Melt sugar and pour over the creams
