Brownies (Sweet Jesus Variety)

Nurrrrmlcious brownies, slightly more fudgy than cakey, but actually a really good balance. These turn out wonderful and moist here at about 6,000ft alt. and keep for about a week (if not nurmed to death earlier).

Ingredients

8 1oz squares of unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup of unsalted butter
5 egglies
3 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1.5 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
lots of cold milk for consumption with warm, freshly baked brownies!

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes (Do the full ten minutes- the finished texture is so worth it). Blend in chocolate mixture, flour and salt until just mixed.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Nurrrrm til yeh die.
