3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, small dice
2.5 oz sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Mix together chicken, celery, grapes, onion and toasted almonds.
2. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture and toss gently.
