Large casserol dish
16 slices white or brown bread
8 slices bacon or ham ( or enough to cover the bread )
slices of sharp cheddar cheese or enough to cover bacon or ham
1/4 cup butter
crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp. of worchasterhire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cups milk
1 dash of tabasco sauce
Butter a large casserole dish. Lay 8 out of 16 slicees of white or brown bread on bottom of pan. Layer back bacon on top, then cheese, the rest of bread just like a sandwich!) You can put more cheese slices on top.
Mix or whisk ret of ingredients ( except 1/4 cup melted butter and corn flakes). Pour mixture over bread. Let sit over night covered in fridge. In the morning, put crushed coun flakes on top and pour 1/4 cup melted butter.
Cook @ 350-375 degress for an hour or so
