Dietary guidance: v
2-3 green skinned eating apples, cored and diced
4 tablespoons French dressing
little crushed garlic (optional)
40g/1 1/2 oz walnuts, roughly chopped
425g/15 oz canned red kidney beans, drained
Mix together the apples, dressing, salt, pepper and garlic if using. Add the walnuts and beans and fold together. Chill lightly before serving.
