Ingredients

1 pkg. ground beef ( approx. 2 lbs.)
1 c. cooking onion
1 7 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
1 10 oz can tomato soup
1 13 oz. can tomato paste
1 28 oz. can tomatoes ( crushed or whole )
2-3 c. water ( use juice from mushrooms )
1-2 cans mushrooms ( whole or sliced )
3 tbsp. white sugar
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
3 tsp. salt ( I don`t add salt )
1 1/2 tsp. oragono
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp.basil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 tsp pepper

Method

Saute` meat and onions.
Add all remaining ingradients.

I use a crockpot
Simmer for 2-3 hrs. Stirring periodically.

When you add the h20 add slowly to make it thinner, the thickness of the sauce depends on your liking.
