Nita's Barbqued Pork Roast

- 1 or 2 large lean pork roasts
- bbq sauce (any kind)
- spices (any kind for meat)


- Slice roast(s) into strips crosswise. Put enough bbq sauce in a large bowl to cover the bottom. Add 1 srip of roast to the bowl and sprinkle with spice. Flip meat over and sprinkle other side with spice. Add more bbq sauce on top. Repeat with the remainder of the meat. Store the meat in the fridge in an air tight container, and marinade for 12-24 hrs before cooking.
- Cook on a hot bbq. It only takes a short amount of time for the meat to cook, depending on how thick the slices are. Enjoy.
