Dietary guidance: v
4 TBSP veg/olive oil
1 TBSP white wine vinegar (please don't use distilled vinegar that's best for cleaning bathrooms)
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP liquid honey
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted if you prefer
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk or blend all ingedients together and use on your favorite salad.
Also makes a good glaze for grilled salmon.
